Presentation of the Housing Project:
Introduction:
Today I present a special project made at Giovanetti Home SA, designed to meet the needs and personalities of two introverted people who value their privacy. Our goal was to demonstrate that even in small spaces it is possible to create a comfortable and functional environment without compromising style and design. This project was designed with the need for intimate and private spaces in mind, to ensure a balance between conviviality and personal tranquility.
Structure and materials:
For the realization of the project, we used high-quality materials. The floor and wall tiles are porcelain stoneware from the prestigious company Kronos Ceramiche, ensuring not only aesthetics, but also durability and ease of cleaning.
The systems were designed to ensure optimal air quality, including an ozone purifier. As for heating and air conditioning, we opted for a Daikin heat pump, which ensures energy efficiency and comfort throughout the year.
Bathing, a sensory experience:
The bathroom was conceived as a place of well-being and privacy, equipped with an emotional shower with hydromassage jets. The heated towel rail, designed by designer Piero Lissoni for the Antrax brand, not only heats but also enriches the design of the space.
A distinctive element is the double glass window that separates the bathroom from the rest of the house, with elegant wallpaper that also picks up the pattern on the wall behind the sofa bed, providing privacy without compromising brightness.
The Kitchen, Technology and Functionality
The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances and offers the ability to control them remotely, for a modern and convenient cooking experience. A multifunctional faucet dispenses cold, hot, boiling and even sparkling water to meet every need.
Multifunctional furniture:
We designed custom, multifunctional furniture to maximize space while providing privacy and comfort. The wall-mounted rollaway bed and pull-out bed under the sofa maximize the use of space without compromising rest. The common areas are enhanced by two televisions, which allow individual music listening through headphones, promoting moments of seclusion and relaxation.
For work and recreational activities, there is a desk with a dedicated lamp, as well as two curated stations for relaxation, reading and reflection, where clients can retreat and be in their own privacy.
Connectivity and Comfort:
Finally, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and double-insulated windows and doors, providing tranquility and thermal comfort. We selected custom textures and colors to reflect the clients’ personalities and create a welcoming and inspiring environment.
Conclusion:
With this project we wanted to demonstrate that a small space can be transformed into a comfortable and functional retreat, adapted to the needs of its inhabitants, especially for those seeking a private and intimate environment. Our challenge was to ensure a perfect combination of design, functionality and respect for personal privacy needs.
